I was talking to a couple friends of mine last week who had started a plan that I thought was worth sharing. 21 Days of No Complaints. Sounds easy enough, right? I thought so too until after the very first day, I found myself complaining about school and life and just about everything. So today, I’m starting over and I urge anyone else to try it too and see how your quality of living changes over the course of 21 days. If you find yourself wanting to complain, instead write down 3 things you’re thankful for. It takes some time to get the hang of but don’t beat yourself up if a complaint slips out. Catch it, literally count your blessings, and move on.
